Office Honored With National Design Award

At the Smithsonian Cooper Hewitt’s annual gala, Office was honored with the National Design Award for Communications Design.

Awards juror Ivan Poupyrev from Google said (via video) that in selecting the winners, the jury is “shaping the future of design. This award is encouragement to keep producing great work. What you’re doing is right, and what you’re doing is great. Please continue that. Let’s make the world better.”

In accepting the award, Office founder and creative director Jason Schulte thanked “our clients, past and present — especially the tough ones.”

“Huge congratulations to our team at Office — the most crazy-talented, hard-working and good-looking people we know. They believe, like we do, that design should make you feel something … And design right now feels pretty good.”
