Google Shop Launches in London

Today, Google launched a new physical shopping experience that brings the Googleverse to life.

In addition to checking out the latest Android and Chromebook products, visitors can learn about driverless cars, spray paint a digital Google Doodle on an interactive wall, and participate in store events like “Space Camp” for kids — including a live chat with an astronaut and virtual tour of Kennedy Space Center.

Office partnered with the Google Retail team on the launch, creating a customizable media kit that features a virtual reality tour via Google Cardboard.

Located in Currys PC World on Tottenham Court Road, this is the first new Google shop experience, with more locations planned to open in coming months.
